500 grams of skirt or flank steak cut in stripes
1/3 cup low-sodium soy sauce
2 cloves garlic, minced
Juice of 1 lime
1 tsp. honey
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper, salt, black pepper
1 onion, diced
2 bell peppers, sliced
3 packs boiled ramen noodles (seasoning packets discarded)
scallions to garnish
In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, garlic, lime juice, honey, salt, black pepper and cayenne until combined and set
aside
In a large skillet over medium-high heat, heat oil. Add steak cut in stripes and sear upon your desire (about 6 minutes per side for medium).
In the same skillet you cooked the meat add onion, and peppers to skillet and cook until tender, 6 minutes, then add soy sauce mixture and stir until fully coated. Add cooked Ramen noodles and steak and toss until combined. Put some scallions to garnish.
