• 1 Package cheese tortellini
• 1 Cup breadcrumbs
• 1/3 Cup freshly grated Parmesan
• 1 tsp. Dried Basil
• 1/2 tsp. Garlic powder
• 1/2 tsp. Paprika
• Salt
• Freshly ground black pepper
• 1 Cup all-purpose flour
• 2 Large eggs
• Marinara, for serving
• In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook tortellini according to package instructions until al dente. Drain.
• In a bowl, mix together breadcrumbs, Parmesan, oregano, garlic powder, and paprika. Season with salt and pepper. In another bowl, beat eggs, and in a third bowl, add flour.
• Coat tortellini in flour, then dredge in eggs, then in breadcrumbs mixture. Continue until all tortellini are coated.
• Place in heated oil and fry until crispy, 10 minutes.
• Serve with marinara.
