Ingredients
•1 tbsp cooking oil
•1 kg steak
•3 tbsp flour
•1 onion
•1 tsp salt
•1 tsp pepper
•3 gloves garlic
•1 tbsp tomato paste
•1 cup beef stock
•1 cup cheddar cheese
•1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
•Potato fries
Preparation
•In a medium saucepan, heat the oil and add the meat, and cook until the water evaporates then add the flour, salt and pepper cook for 2 minutes then set aside.
•In another saucepan, heat oil, add onions and garlic and cook well, then add the meat , tomato pate, beef stock mix and add the Worcestershire sauce and cover and simmer for 15 minutes
•Put the fries in a serving plate add over the cheddar cheese then pour over the beef mixture so that the cheese melts then serve
