Tuna and Pasta Bake

Ingredients
• serves 4
• 300 g pasta shells
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 1 onion finely chopped
• 2 red peppers cubed
• 2 garlic cloves
• 200 g cherry tomatoes halved
• 50 g breadcrumbs
• 400 g tuna can
• 125 g mozzarella or Gruyere cheese grated
Cooking Method
• Cook the pasta shells. Meanwhile heat the oil in a large frying pan. Add the onion and fry, add the peppers and garlic , stirring frequently. Stir the tomatoes and cook until soft.
• In a bowl put the cooked pasta with the pepper and tomato mix and the tuna. Mix together, then put in an oven proof dish.
• Sprinkle the mozzarella or Gruyere cheese and then the breadcrumbs and cook in the oven until the cheese is melted and the breadcrumbs are golden.
