• 1 roll puff pastry
• 1 tablespoon olive oil
• 2 cloves garlic, chopped
• 1 can of crushed tomatoes
• 1 teaspoon oregano, salt & black pepper
• 2 eggs
• Emmental cheese as much as you want
• Parsley, for garnish
• Place a large bowl over a strip of the puff pastry and cut around to shape the dough in a circle. Bake for 15 minutes on 400°F /
200°C.
• Meanwhile, bring a frying pan to medium head and add olive oil. Throw in the garlic and fry until golden. Pour in the canned
tomatoes and spices. Stir and cook for 2 minutes. Place aside.
• Take the dough out of the oven and scoop the tomato sauce onto the cooked dough. Crack the eggs into a cup. Then make a small
dent in the tomato sauce with a spoon and pour one egg into that spot. Repeat and top with feta.
• Broil for 3 minutes. Garnish with parsley leaves.
